it's the small things...

Every day seems to get busier since we started serving the first BRU in April.  Sometimes it's been hard to breath with so much going on, but that's when I try to remember how far and how much we have already accomplished. Jumping through hoops to get all the licensing, so many times where we thought it would never work out, building everything by hand in the garage, equipment arriving, and then the final license from the TTB that gave us the green light to start.

That's when I look in the mirror and see my smile.  That's when I remember why all of the sleepless nights are worth it.  I won't ever forget how proud I felt that first time BRU's Citrum got taped at The West End Tavern. The first time I took a sip, the first time I watched someone buy a pint.  It's one of those moments you won't forget. And everytime I see someone take a sip of one of my beers I feel the same thing all over again- intense pride.

Bomber poured a clear golden amber with a small lasting creamy ivory head. Aromas of straw, lemon zest, juniper and light earthiness. Palate was light bodied and smooth with a dry finish. Flavors of straw, juniper, light lemon zest and light earthiness with a smooth dry moderatley bitter lingering earthy finish.
